Our Process
Our pre-construction process is initiated in one of two ways. Either via follow-up to a client inquiry or by generating an in-house project. The process that follows is similar for either and involves: a site-visit to determine the scope of the project.
Next, a high-level scope of work can be prepared, as well as a high-level budget, preliminary schedule and conceptual drawings.
Pre-construction involves both gathering and exchanging information. It’s an important piece, as it allows our team to find out what the project is all about, and for the client to be better able to visualize how the project will look and how much it will cost.
