Our team has been heavily involved in the Retrofit of existing buildings on the Former Mill Site in Kenora. During Phase 1, an existing cold-storage building was converted into a commercial office and warehouse facility with fenced compound. In Phase 2.our team separated and converted an existing recycle-plant into 3 separate and self-contained units for industrial use. Both phases included preliminary design work and site planning and control.
