24,000 sq. ft., Kenora distribution hub. This was a Design/Build project that included overall facility construction, and automated sorting infrastructure. Kenon worked with LBE Engineering to complete the renovation of the unit at to the proposed adaptive reuse. This 2000 square meter industrial warehouse was renovated to include office and service spaces. This work included installation of specialized equipment for a package sorting warehouse and mechanical services were provided by Kenon’s in house mechanical FedEx Ground.
