As a carpenter Paul has been part of a team leading the building of small to medium residential and commercial projects.

Electrical Superintendent, Project ManagerTony has been in the electrical industry for over 12 years with experience in residential, commercial, industrial installations, and troubleshooting maintenance. His experience has enabled him to direct and manage complex projects within the electrical scope leading to a high level of attention to detail, and technical customer service. Tony brings expertise in electrical construction management with proven skills to meet objectives and deadlines using specialized software for takeoffs and estimating. Tony specializes in various electrical installations including automation, fire and safety, high voltage splicing and transformers, industrial pipe bending, mineral insulated cable splicing and landing, custom tray fabrication, and mining installations leading to strong understanding of current electrical codes and industry practices.

Project ManagerAshley holds a Masters in Public Policy Administration and Law from York University, and has held various positions in the public and private sectors, where there has been a strong emphasis on developing and maintaining excellent working relationships. Ashley demonstrates professional management skills monitoring all aspects of project progress. This includes coordinating communications, summarizing and allocating purchases and labor, monthly billings, as well as preparing, submitting and tracking change orders. Ashley has also provided expertise in promoting development through marketing initiatives, coordinating project closeout and follow-up customer service as well as completing and submitting various applications to the City related to projects.
